reporting status to Directors and Vice President Post and update content on internal bilingual web site for a large and varied audience including Franchisees, Operations, Field Service and vendors What you musthave: 5 years relevant experience in the Retail industry, A detailed level of understanding of Retail technology, including POS systems A robust aptitude for project management, PMP certification a nice to have Experience with Agile principles (DASM certification, nice to have) Experience with vendor-management, contract negotiations and contract management Ability to identify, document and articulate business and technical requirements Demonstrated experience in executing contract agreements Experience in managing multiple outsourced resources and initiatives A high degree of initiative and commitment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive strategies and results.

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Great computer skills using Microsoft Office products.
