Forklift Operator (Electric Counterbalance) - $24/hr Brantford, ON Pay Rate: $24.00/hour Continental Days: 7AM - 7PM OR Continental Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM About the Role Kelly is currently recruiting experienced Electric Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a leading packaging manufacturer in Brantford.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with recent experience operating electric forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and looking for long-term career growth.

Successful candidates will be comfortable working on 12-hour continental schedules, performing inventory transactions, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

What You''ll Do Operate an electric counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Complete accurate cycle counts and inventory adjustments Pick, stage, and load outbound shipments Unload inbound deliveries and verify product accuracy Wrap finished goods and scan products into warehouse locations Operate warehouse scanning equipment and RF scanners Inspect trailers prior to loading and complete required documentation Monitor warehouse equipment and report issues as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with warehouse and production teams to support daily operations Qualifications Required: Valid external forklift certification Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating an electric counterbalance forklift Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment Comfortable working 12-hour continental shifts Experience using RF scanners or scanner guns Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Ability to lift up to 45 lbs on a regular basis Preferred:
