IT Supervisor Position Overview: The IT Supervisor provides first‑level support for local computer systems and oversees the daily operations of the IT Department. This role leads a small technical team responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems. The IT Supervisor ensures timely troubleshooting, coordinates system upgrades, ensures adherence to local and corporate IT policies/procedures, and works closely with the Corporate IT team to ensure system reliability, security, and maximum uptime.Salary $80,000 to $95,000 per year.Position Status Full‑time PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesProvide end‑user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment.Install, configure, and update software applications in accordance with IT standards.Troubleshoot and maintain printers and multifunction devices.Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation.Maintain inventory of spare parts, equipment, and IT supplies.Support network infrastructure,
