Were a small finance and accounting firm working with technology, SaaS, fintech and Web3 companies across Canada and internationally.

We work directly with founders and senior finance teams, helping them with accounting, tax, finance operations and CFO advisory.

Our team is small, which means there isnt much bureaucracy.

You get real ownership, direct access to senior people and the chance to actually make things happen.

Most of the team is based in Toronto, so youll be working closely with the people around you while also getting exposure to clients and colleagues in different markets.

The Opportunity Were looking for a Senior Accountant who wants to be more than just the person behind the books.

Youll take ownership of accounting and finance work across a portfolio of growing companies.

That means getting into the details when you need to, but also understanding the bigger picture and what your clients actually need.

Youll work directly with founders, senior finance professionals and international clients , helping them keep their finances moving and solving problems as they come up.

One client might need help getting their month-end close under control.

Another might have a reporting issue, a tax question or something that doesnt quite make sense in the books.

Youll need to be comfortable figuring things out, asking questions and getting to the answer.





This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving firm.

Youll have support from experienced finance professionals, but we expect you to take ownership of your work and keep things moving without waiting to be told what to do.

What Youll Do Youll take ownership of: Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of technology and startup clients Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reporting Reconciliations and month-end and year-end close Supporting corporate and personal tax preparation and planning Supporting audit, review and compilation engagements Working directly with clients to answer questions and resolve accounting issues Keeping client deliverables moving and communicating when something needs attention Looking for ways to improve processes and build better, more scalable ways of working Supporting junior team members and working closely with our senior finance team Requirements What Were Looking For You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field and 4+ years of relevant accounting experience , including strong full-cycle accounting experience.

Youre comfortable with financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end close, and you know how to manage several clients and deadlines without losing track of the details.

Youre also comfortable working directly with clients.

Solid English communication skills are important ,



because youll be explaining financial information, asking questions and working through problems with people at different levels of an organization.

Most importantly, youre someone who takes ownership .

If something doesnt look right, you investigate it.

If you see a problem, you dont just point it out.

You help solve it.

And if theres a better way of doing something, we want you to say it.

Experience with public accounting, audit, tax, Taxprep, Case

Ware, Quick

Books Online or Xero is a plus.

Experience working with technology, SaaS, fintech, Web3 or digital assets is also a plus. A CPA designation is preferred.
