We are looking for an experienced Yardi Consultant to support a senior care organization in Toronto, Ontario through a Long-term Contract engagement.

This part-time opportunity offers up to 20 hours per week and focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day system performance by addressing user issues and providing dependable application support.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on knowledge of Yardi and can work independently to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities: Respond to support requests related to Yardi and resolve functional issues affecting daily business activities.

Troubleshoot application concerns, identify root causes, and deliver practical solutions in a timely manner.





Provide ongoing assistance to end users by answering questions and guiding them through system-related challenges.

Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements that enhance system reliability and user experience.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize tickets and maintain continuity in day-to-day operations.

Document resolutions, support activities, and common issues to strengthen knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.

Offer targeted support for the existing Yardi setting while remaining outside the scope of any new instance implementation.
