We are currently seeking experienced Cross Dock / LTL Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Edmonton.
This position is ideal for reliable, safety-focused, and physically fit individuals with strong forklift experience and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume operation.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after a few months based on performance and attendance.
Available Shifts: 3:00 AM 11:30 AM 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Wage: $21.00 $25.00/hour depending on experience and shift Advantages Competitive pay ranging from $21$25/hour Temp-to-perm prospect for the right candidate Opportunity for long-term career growth and permanent placement Stable full-time hours with consistent scheduling Quick-paced team-oriented warehouse environment Hands-on work with modern electric forklift equipment Supportive and safety-focused workplace culture Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods Immediate start available Responsibilities Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (8001200 cases shared across team) Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting Qualifications Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse,
or freight handling experience preferred Experience operating electric forklifts required Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently Strong English communication skills required Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands Summary This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term growth within a busy warehouse and logistics operation.
