Advantages Location Pointe Claire Quick start Salary between $45,000 and $50,000 40h00 schedule Large-scale company with various service outlets Dynamic, cooperative and supportive environment Responsibilities As Customer Service Coordinator, you will support the customer portfolio in their various service needs: - Complete work orders - Order parts from suppliers - Manage orders - Honor product warranty policies with suppliers - Track orders and inform customers of the status of their files - Maintain back orders - Provide prompt and courteous customer service - Participate in the purchasing and procurement process - Maintain price lists - Take and follow up on voice messages - Complete quotation requests - Assist with customer service at the counter - Keep showroom clean and tidy - Support receiving/shipping of parts - Participate in annual inventory - Count the cash register - Other duties related to maintaining branch harmony and operations Qualifications English and French (spoken and written) English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis Possess inventory management skills Demonstrate meticulousness and attention to detail Have basic computer skills Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Possess experience as an automotive parts and accessories sales consultant Knowledge of auto mechanics Summary Why Randstad?
