Strategic Administrative Partner: Power the Future of Wealth Management Our client, a cornerstone of the Canadian Wealth Management and Personal Insurance sector, is driving large-scale modernization programs designed to deliver a best-in-class member and client experience.

To support this key initiative, we are seeking a proactive Strategic Administrative Partner to join the Modernization Office and seamlessly orchestrate the units core operational and administrative workflows.

In this high-visibility role, you won''t just keep things runningyoull actively optimize operations, resolve complex logistical challenges, and serve as a crucial liaison across cross-functional teams.

Role Type: Contract Position Assignment Period: September 1, 2026 December 31, 2026 Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Salary: $26.00 $32.00 / hour (commensurate with experience) Location: Hybrid (Montreal or Lvis, QC) Language Requirement: French fluency is required.

Responsibilities Direct key unit workflows, including onboarding movement, operational billing support, and talent logistics.





Maintain central administrative dashboards, process expense claims, and manage internal inventory and equipment allocations.

Perform operational analyses to generate, review, and maintain regular statistical reports.

Execute rigorous quality control checks across administrative processes, identifying gaps and applying swift corrective measures.

Draft, format, and perform linguistic reviews on executive documentation originating across multiple business sectors.

Audit existing administrative procedures and propose continuous improvements to streamline unit efficiency.

Qualifications Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Business Administration or a related field, combined with at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas, reporting) and full command of the MS Office 365 suite.

Excellent French written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is a strong asset Exceptional organizational discipline, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to navigate ambiguity independently.
