Adecco is currently hiring experienced Audio Visual Warehouse Supervisor for our client in North York, ON , a leading provider of event production services, AV equipment rentals, live events, and production support across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise warehouse technicians, manage AV inventory and equipment, and ensure all event orders are prepared, tested, and delivered accurately and on schedule.

and ready for delivery Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks Inspect equipment and identify repair or maintenance requirements Process returned equipment and update inventory records Process Improvement & Quality Control Monitor warehouse performance and operational efficiency Develop and improve warehouse procedures and workflows Troubleshoot inventory, logistics, and equipment issues Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operating procedures Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry Experience with AV equipment rentals, event production, staging, or live event support Previous warehouse leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reach forklift experience is considered an asset Valid Ontario G Driver''s Licence is considered an asset Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
