The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing clients, developing a plan of care,implementing treatments, and evaluating outcomes, in consultation with the client and/or other healthprofessionals, in accordance with the Standards of Practice for the College of Nurses of Ontario(CNO).

The RN works as part of an interdisciplinary team.
