This role is central to transforming organizational data from an untapped resource into a strategic asset that drives competitive advantage. You will work with modern cloud technologies, collaborate with data consumers across the business, and contribute to building a scalable, reliable data ecosystem that supports self‑serve analytics and enterprise reporting.ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & Pipeline DevelopmentBuild data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power PlatformDesign and develop data pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate data from a wide range of internal and external sourcesImplement data quality monitoring and validation processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistencyData Architecture & OptimizationSupport the development and maintenance of CAPREIT’s enterprise data repository and lakehouse environmentPerform database tuning, application tuning, and performance monitoring to optimize data workflowsMaintain documentation, standards,
