Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and create a welcoming first impression
- Present menus and provide clear, helpful descriptions of menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items and daily features to enhance guest experience
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction
- Support team operations including bussing, resetting tables, and assisting during peak hours
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred (minimum 1–2 years ideal)
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic math and cash handling skills
