Duration: 3 months (Part-Time hours) Position Overview Our client is seeking an ERP Selection Consultant to support a critical systems modernization initiative.

This consultant will guide the evaluation and selection of a new ERP platform to support finance, accounting, and operational needs, while helping leadership build requirements, assess vendors, and develop a clear business case for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Lead the ERP selection process from discovery through vendor evaluation and recommendation Gather and document business requirements across finance, accounting, and operational functions Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and bring key capabilities in-house Help define future-state requirements for areas such as AP, AR,



financial reporting, fund accounting, and related operational processes Support the development of a business case, selection criteria, and vendor evaluation framework Participate in vendor demos, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and help compare solution options Provide guidance on ERP fit, functionality, implementation considerations, and overall readiness for a cloud-based workplace Assist with RFP development, reference checks, and commercial evaluation as needed Partner with finance and leadership teams to prepare recommendations for executive review and approval Advise on phased approach options, including an initial finance/accounting core rollout followed by later-stage implementation support if required
