Energy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team.
The Drawing Administrator coordinates and organizes the Companys engineering, asset and operational drawings, including the administration and maintenance of systems and procedures that govern drawing storage, access, custody and nomenclature.

There are multiple permanent full time positions available.
Core Responsibilities Project Support Locate and transfer existing drawings to external engineering consultants, engineers, and project managers for the purpose of design and drafting changes.
Review drawing submissions for compliance with drawing revision standards and document management system requirements, returning them for modification as required.
Analyze, classify, and apply nomenclature to each recent engineering, asset and operational drawing.
Facilitate drawing standard reviews for project leaders.
Report on project drawing statuses (e.g., design, approved for construction, as-built, etc.) to project leads, managers and senior leaders.
Provide internal training and support to end users on drawing acquisition procedures and related self-serve applications.
Provide external training and support to engineering and drafting consultants on drawing transfer technology and procedures.
Drawing Control Administration of the systems and procedures that support drawing storage, access,
custody and nomenclature.
Participate in the configuration of the document management system.
Maintain the company asset ID list and generate new asset IDs, as required.
Maintain and apply drawing nomenclature standards.
Perform title block modifications for proper drawing storage and retrieval Maintain the organizational structure of the drawing repositories.
Monitor, track, and report drawing return delinquencies to applicable management Perform annual project drawing audits.
Make drawings available to end users through various enterprise systems.
Other Support Participate in the maintenance of the document control systems (e.g., configuration, testing), standards and procedures that support drawing control.
Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
Qualifications Grade 12 or equivalent.
Engineering Technology Diploma, Records Management Certificate, or an Information and Records Management Certificate.
One (1) year work experience in an Engineering project environment.
