Planifier et ajuster les horaires afin de maximiser l''efficacit.

Grer les changements de dernire minute, demandes urgentes et retards.

Communiquer avec les quipes, les clients, la direction et les partenaires.

Rsoudre rapidement les problmes oprationnels et assurer le bon droulement des travaux.

Soutenir et encadrer les quipes de rpartition et de terrain. PROFIL RECHERCH: Exprience en rpartition et/ou dans l''industrie du dmnagement .

Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, communication et rsolution de problmes.

Capacit garder son calme et prendre des dcisions sous pression.

Matrise du franais et de l''anglais .

Bonne connaissance de Montral et des environs.

Personne fiable, proactive et possdant un leadership naturel.

Permis de conduire valide, un atout.
