The role will focus on platform administration, production support, bot deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ensuring stable automation operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Work

Fusion and UiPath administration .

Experience managing RPA platform configuration, user access, and security.

Robust knowledge of bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting .

Experience with RPA platform upgrades and maintenance .

Strong production support and incident management experience.

Experience performing root-cause analysis and performance optimization .

Ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.





Willingness to provide 24x7 production support and participate in on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and provide operational support for Work

Fusion and UiPath RPA platforms .

Manage platform configuration, user access, bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Monitor automation environments and ensure stable and reliable production operations.

Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis (RCA) , and performance optimization.

Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues.

Support platform upgrades, maintenance, and operational activities.

Participate in critical incident management and on-call rotations as required.

Ensure RPA platforms and automation environments follow operational and security standards.

Provide technical support and guidance for RPA production environments.
