Our approach combines structured governance with hands-on execution to deliver clarity, pace, and measurable outcomes.We are building a senior transformation capability to lead enterprise change programmes across multiple business functions.Role OverviewAs the Enterprise Change & Transformation Lead, you will drive the design and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including major finance transformation programmes.You will establish structured change frameworks, strengthen governance, and ensure initiatives are embedded effectively across the organisation. Operating at the centre of transformation, you will partner with senior leaders, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and ensure measurable adoption and business impact.This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strategic foresight, structured execution, and strong influence across complex stakeholder environments.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy & Programme LeadershipLead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including large-scale finance programmesDesign and implement structured change strategies from concept through executionTranslate executive vision into clear roadmaps, milestones,
