The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the processing of invoices through a computerized accounting system and preparing cheques for payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with career advancement opportunities.Summary Of ResponsibilitiesTimely Processing of invoices using system three-way match process and manual approvals.Resolve problems/discrepancies related to invoicesGenerate weekly cheque runs.Perform reconciliation of statements provided by vendors.Communication with vendors regarding open invoices, pending payment and open issues.Other duties assigned.Minimum QualificationsWorking knowledge spreadsheet software, such as ExcelExperience using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication & organizational skillsA desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goalsPreferred QualificationsTwo (2) year diploma in accountingOne (1) year experience in an accounts payable positionThe salary range for this role is $45,000 – $63,000.
