White Cap is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide exceptional service and generate sales opportunities. You will respond to orders, quotations, and inquiries across in-person, phone, email, and fax channels, process orders, and deliver products as needed.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling related products, building relationships, and maintaining showroom organization. Lifting and delivery duties may be required, with minimal travel.
