We believe in working hard on meaningful problems, supporting each other, and building something we’re proud of together.About the RoleWe are seeking a hands‑on Mechanical Engineer to support new product development and engineering innovation efforts.This role is focused on real‑world R&D; You will take concepts from idea through to prototype, testing, and refined design. You will work directly with senior leadership on technically challenging projects involving mechanical and hydraulic systems, bolted joint integrity, and engineered products.This is not a maintenance or production role. It is an opportunity to contribute to high‑impact engineering work in a focused,



technically driven setting.What You’ll DoDevelop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks (or similar)Translate engineering concepts into manufacturable designsDesign and support fabrication of prototypes and test fixturesPlan and execute mechanical testing and validation activitiesPerform engineering calculations and basic analysis (hand calcs + FEA as needed)Document designs, revisions, and test results clearly and professionallyCoordinate with machine shops, vendors, and suppliersIterate quickly on designs based on test results and engineering feedbackWhat We’re Looking ForRequiredBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or R&DStrong; 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred)Strong dimensioning, tolerancing, and GD&T; skills for manufacturable drawingsHigh attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, complete, and professional engineering workDeep understanding of mechanical design fundamentalsAbility to move from concept to detailed design with minimal supervisionClear written and verbal communication skills (English)PreferredExperience with bolted joint design, fasteners, or joint integrityFamiliarity with ASME PCC‑1 or similar standardsHands‑on experience building, assembling, or testing hardwareExposure to manufacturing processes (machining,
