We build the foundational platform for Stripe products and services to allow them to operate at scale and drive reliability, availability, efficiency and scalability.Developer Infrastructure – We’re responsible for the productivity of all developers at Stripe. In-office assigned employees spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. Remote employees are defined as being 35 miles (56 km) or more from one of our offices and are encouraged to work from home regularly, although they may visit the office for meetings, events and team gatherings. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote locations. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, which includes both the sales commissions/bonuses target and annual base salary. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
