PositionUnit Clerk x 2 (subsequent)Employment DetailsStatus:Temporary Part Time (~4 Month Contracts)Department:DRCC Systemic Pre & PostProgram:DRCC Patient CareSchedule:8 Hour Shifts (Subject to Change)Location:Lakeridge Health OshawaWage:$28.98 - $30.29 per hourPosting Reference:(phone hidden), 2600001369Eligibility:Only qualified CUPE staff within Lakeridge Health, starting 28 May 2026 and closing 2 June 2026ResponsibilitiesSupport the clinical team to facilitate patient flow through the clinic.Perform clerical functions, including management of staff scheduling, reception duties, and patient scheduling.Coordinate tests, appointments, and treatments.Enter data into computer systems.Direct telephone calls and contact patients by phone.Fax and perform other assigned duties.QualificationsMedical Office Administration Diploma or equivalent education and experience.Experience with EPIC and computerized patient registration preferred.Medical terminology knowledge, tested.Microsoft Word and Excel skills, basic level, tested.Keyboarding skills of 30 wpm, tested.Knowledge/experience regarding staffing according to CUPE and ONA Collective Agreements preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities,
