Brain Injury Rehabilitation Worker - (FT) - Elliot Lake, ONStarting wage:$23.35 per hour (includes $3.00 per hour government wage enhancement for direct client support hours; does not apply totraining and paid leave).Hours:35 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized support services plans in home and/or community for adults with brain injury.Assist individuals with brain injury in instrumental activities of daily living, cognitive and problem‑solving skills, community orientation and integration.Provide services on a flexible basis during weekday business hours.Complete reporting responsibilities including daily log note recording, incident reports, and verbal reports as required.Participate in training as required.Follow policies and procedures as required.Qualifications and ExperiencePost‑secondary education in Human or Social Services preferred or Rehabilitation Assistant diploma.Minimum of three years’ experience in Human Services field and/or working with people with acquired brain injury.Current CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.Access to vehicle for business use and valid driver’s licence.Proven consistency in work performance, including reliability and flexibility.Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.Sound problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and autonomously.Knowledge of local community housing and social services resources.Ability to speak, read,
