Build fresh, high-quality baked goods while following Tim Hortons recipes and production standards * Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to meet daily bake schedules and product freshness targets * Maintain strict food safety practices, including proper sanitation and safe handling of ingredients * Operate and monitor bakery equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and proofing systems * Measure ingredients accurately and consistently to deliver reliable taste and texture * Restock supplies, rotate inventory using FIFO, and help manage bake-level ingredient organization * Follow workplace health and safety guidelines and report equipment or safety issues right away * Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled * Provide friendly, team-first support to help the store deliver great guest experiences
