This role is essential for overseeing financial sustainability and advocating for our significant services. Board members will meet virtually ten times each year, playing a significant part in guiding community programs for cancer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and approve strategic plans for operations
• Monitor financial health and budget management
• Serve as a community ambassador for Wellspring




• Support sub-committees focused on Governance and Fundraising
• Drive initiatives that enhance service delivery for clients
Requirements:
• Financial qualifications such as CPA or finance experience
• Proficiency in legal or risk management
• Background in healthcare administration preferred
• Experience in strategic planning and fundraising
• Proven executive leadership capabilities
