If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.- Track and trace shipments while providing accurate updates to customers.- Resolve customer concerns and shipment issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.- Lead on all OS&D of delivered freight- Enter and maintain accurate shipment information within the transportation management system (TMS).- Review and audit customer freight rates to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with customer pricing agreements.- Verify shipment details, accessorial charges, fuel surcharges,



prior to invoicing.- Prepare shipping documentation and process customer requests.- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers through exceptional service.- Support other administrative and operational duties as required.Qualifications- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Bilingual (English and French) an asset- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).- Experience with transportation management software is considered an asset.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.What We Offer- Competitive compensation.- Opportunities for growth and development.Why Seaway Express?At Seaway Express, our people are our greatest asset.
