Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with grounds maintenance and vegetation control
• Support facility tradespeople as needed
• Perform snow and ice control preparation
• Operate vehicles for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Certification from a technical or trades program
• Minimum one year of building maintenance experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Flexibility for shift work and availability for calls
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
