Job OverviewThe Director of Product Management will be a pivotal member of Arctic Wolf’s Product team, focusing on End Point Detection & Response. This role supports the company’s strategic goals by enabling product management processes, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and driving operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) in alignment with the company roadmap and go‑to‑market objectives.Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders—engineering, UX, sales engineering, and other product managers—to inform and prioritize product initiatives.Collaborate with the Customer SOC team to create a virtuous cycle of feature delivery that empowers internal teams and delivers value to customers & partners.Own the product backlog prioritization for engineering, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and balancing cross‑product dependencies.Translate high‑level product goals into detailed requirements and actionable deliverables for the R&D; team.Analyze and report on product performance,



identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.Help streamline internal processes to improve development efficiency and delivery timelines.Establish strong relationships with product teams across Arctic Wolf to drive the delivery of an EDR product to market.Qualifications10+ years of experience in a technical or product role.Experience managing global and offshore teams.Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products.Proven track record of delivering high‑quality products on time with engineering teams.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across time zones.Preferred SkillsPrior experience scaling a product‑team in a rapidly growing organization.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk‑management frameworks.LocationRemote‑Canada & Hybrid‑Waterloo, ON‑CA.Security RequirementsEmployers must comply with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls.Background checks are required.Access to information protected under U.S. export control laws (EAR) may be required.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: 164,000–287,000 CAD annually.Variable incentive compensation and new‑hire equity grants.Equity for all employees.Flexible time off and paid volunteer days.RRSP and 401(k) match.Training, career‑development programs, and comprehensive private benefits (medical, mental health, dental, disability, life).Robust employee assistance program and fertility support.Equal Opportunity EmployerArctic Wolf is an Equal Prospect Employer and considers applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetics, or any other basis prohibited by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
