In-home caregiver – private home – FCV… family

Terms of employment: This job is for a full time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is September 14, 2026.

Language requirement: French or English.

Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour.

Location: FCV… lives in Alma, Quebec. The residence is located in a rural area and is close to a park.

Duties may include:

- Help with the care of four children, aged 11, 9, 7, and 3 years old.
- Supervision of children when parents are not at home, and take children to and from appointments.
- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Plan, prepare and serve meals for children.



Kitchen clean‑up is also required.
- Bathe, dress and feed youngest child.
- General housework that will include doing laundry and some ironing.
- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education.
- Must have at least one year of work‑related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, and able to manage the job without supervision.
