Position DescriptionAs a core leader of the Business & Strategic IT Consulting practice, you will be an internal and external expert related to driving growth through people leadership and superior client experience. We help our clients at various stages of their transformation journeys, so this role will have the opportunity to both help shape strategic goals and overcome various operational challenges during implementation. This includes supporting executive leaders through mobilization planning and roadmaps, assessing transformation maturity, and leading implementation engagements to overcome cultural and organizational barriers. The Business & Strategic IT Consulting practice partners with clients to help them realize their full potential by unleashing the power of people and technology. Apply consultative behaviors and reflexesRequired Qualifications7-10 years of previous business consulting, agency, or other qualified services experience, ideally supporting the financial services industry3-5 years of people leadership and PNL growth in business consulting services. Deep experience in large‑scale project/program management and leading transformation projects. Demonstrated professional experience in change management fundamentals, qualitative research & discovery, and leading implementation teams. Experience with workshop and meeting facilitation, particularly with senior executive level participants and stakeholders across enterprise departments. Strong practical knowledge of strategic frameworks and methodologies, change management tools, operating model development, financial analysis, and/or business transformation roadmap design. Excellent presentation and writing skills,



with ability to tell a meaningful story. Enthusiasm for problem solving, innovation, and human‑centered designPreferred QualificationsMBA or Masters in Business related areasPROSCI Certification(s)CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000–$195,000.
