Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Oracle SCM Planning Consultant to support a long-term Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning program for a client in Hamilton, ON.

This individual will provide production support, enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization across Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules while supporting the organization's Redwood UI transition.

This position is remote with the expectation you will be available during EST hours.

Responsibilities
• Support Oracle Fusion Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP; modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with Oracle Support on resolutions.
• Support planning processes including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
• Assist with Oracle Redwood UI migration activities.
• Perform quarterly release testing, enhancements, and system improvements.
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure operational stability.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Experience in AMS, production support, or operational support environments.
• Robust troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support users during EST business hours. • Oracle SCM Cloud Planning Certification.
• Redwood UI experience.
• Broader experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules
• S&OP; experience.
• Manufacturing, food & beverage, distribution, or consumer products industry experience.
