Job Description
Insight Global are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Manual QA Tester with 5-7 years of experience to support testing initiatives across Wealth Management and Insurance applications.

The role will focus on end-to-end manual testing, UI validation, functionality testing, and French language verification to reduce reliance on business stakeholders during UAT.

This will be a hybrid role, 2x per week in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
• Execute end-to-end manual testing across web and enterprise applications.
• Perform UI, functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Validate French translations, labels, messaging, and user experiences.
• Create and execute test cases and document defects.
• Review English test scripts and verify French-language functionality and content.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners throughout the testing lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements
• 5-7 years of Manual QA Testing experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Solid experience with all Manual testing activities including UI, regression, functional testing, etc.
• Proven ability to develop and execute test cases independently.
• Experience with defect management and test tracking tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills. • Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance industry experience.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
