**Continental Days: 7AM - 7PM**
**OR**
**Continental Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM**
**About the Role**
**Kelly is currently recruiting experienced Electric Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a leading packaging manufacturer in Brantford.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with recent experience operating electric forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and looking for long-term career growth.**
**Successful candidates will be comfortable working on 12-hour continental schedules, performing inventory transactions, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.**
**What You'll Do**
**Operate an electric counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently**
**Complete accurate cycle counts and inventory adjustments**
**Pick, stage, and load outbound shipments**
**Unload inbound deliveries and verify product accuracy**
**Wrap finished goods and scan products into warehouse locations**
**Operate warehouse scanning equipment and RF scanners**
**Inspect trailers prior to loading and complete required documentation**
**Monitor warehouse equipment and report issues as needed**
**Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment**
**Work closely with warehouse and production teams to support daily operations**
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
**Valid external forklift certification**
**Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating an electric counterbalance forklift**
**Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment**
**Comfortable working 12-hour continental shifts**
**Experience using RF scanners or scanner guns**
**Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office**
**Ability to lift up to 45 lbs on a regular basis**




**Preferred:**
**Experience operating Hyster electric forklifts**
**Experience with JDE (JD Edwards)**
**Experience in manufacturing or packaging environments**
