**Job Title: Electrical Assembler / Electrical Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on the electrical assembly, wiring, and documentation of a variety of products, including welding power supplies and control panels.

You will read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints, complete wiring harnesses, and help improve product designs through hands-on feedback.

The position offers exposure to multiple products and systems, with regular rotation through different builds and strong opportunities for career growth.
**Responsibilities**
Assemble and document a variety of electrical products, including welding power supplies and related equipment.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to guide assembly work.

Assemble power supply units, typically across 10–12 different products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Rotate through different product builds on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain broad product knowledge and flexibility.

Finalize the assembly of wiring harnesses by plugging in ends, routing cables, and completing the final portion of wire hookups.

Perform wiring, crimping, and soldering tasks to build and connect electrical components and assemblies.
**Essential Skills**
Minimum 3+ years of electrical assembly experience.

Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Electrical School Diploma or Degree
Hands-on experience with wiring, including routing, termination, and connection of cables and harnesses.

Experience with soldering, including wire soldering for electrical connections.
**Work Environment**
You will work in a clean, air-conditioned facility, including the shop floor, within a large, well-equipped environment.

The dress code is casual, allowing you to work comfortably while handling electrical assemblies and control panels.

The site offers excellent amenities such as a gym, soccer field, basketball and tennis courts, and a cafeteria, all available to employees.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**




The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
