**Job Description**
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will begin with manual assembly tasks involving valves and may progress to automated and robotic assembly areas.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks and potential for skill development.
**Responsibilities**
Manually assemble valves, including hand screwing bolts and inserting sleeves.

Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment, such as Cell and Autoline production systems.

Ensure machinery runs efficiently and produces quality components according to standards.

Load materials, perform equipment checks, and troubleshoot minor operational issues.

Monitor production output to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and downtime reduction.

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.

Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Accurately complete production documentation and report equipment concerns to supervisors.
**Essential Skills**
1.5 years of experience in machine operating.
1 year of hands-on assembly experience.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Ability to perform manual dexterity tasks in small assembly.

Experience in quality checks and using calipers.

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience in multiple production jobs.
