**What**

**be doing**
Our Human Resources team is focused on building a strong, inclusive, and high-performing workplace experience across the bank.

As a Senior Consultant, Workforce Experience, you'll lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives that help strengthen culture and improve the employee experience.

You'll design and execute comprehensive workforce reviews, manage sensitive interviews and stakeholder communications, and synthesize complex inputs to identify meaningful insights.

You'll translate findings into strategic, evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders, helping to inform decisions and drive sustainable improvement.

Working closely with HR and business leaders, you'll ensure insights are practical, actionable, and aligned to broader organizational priorities.

**Research and Program Design** - Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including surveys, focus groups, and structured interviews, to assess employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture.

Capture meaningful perspectives and generate insights that inform enterprise-wide strategies.
**Data Analysis and Insight Generation** - Analyze a range of data sources, including employee feedback, interview findings, Human Resources (HR) metrics, case data, and workforce datasets, toidentifytrends, systemic issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Translate complex information into clear, relevant insights for decision-making.
**Workforce Reviews** - Lead in-depth workforce reviews involving complex andhighly sensitiveworkplace matters.

Identify, assess,



and escalate risks and concerns while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, applicable legislation, and sound governance practices.
**Reporting and Presentations** - Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations tailored to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Help leaders understand implications, evaluate options, and make informed strategic decisions.
**Collaboration and Strategic Influence** - Partner with HR, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to align insights with business priorities and shape workforce initiatives.
