- Design scalable, cooperative, and social online learning experiences used by Fortune 500 companies, universities, and training organizations
- Own 1-2 major projects at any time, serving as the design lead who shapes solutions from initial problem exploration through final implementation
- Partner closely with the product management team to frame problems, define project scope, explore multiple design approaches, and make well-reasoned recommendations
- Provide production-ready mocks and assets, and work closely with engineers to balance quality and feasibility
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand user goals
