Established in 2025 by Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, Sentinel was formed through the acquisition of the following regional service providers:Lenworth Building Services ,Pro Door & Dock Systems,Mar-Lin Dock & Door, Door Doctor and Secord Doors.These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.Lenworth Building Servicesis looking for aLead Hand Installer responsible for the installation, removal, and testing of various dock and door equipment. This role ensures proper functionality by installing new equipment, safely removing existing units, and conducting thorough connection tests to confirm optimal performance.Responsibilities:The installation of overhead doors, rolling steel, high speed doors, truck restraints, shelters, seals and related equipment at various customer locations.Support completion of required documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted promptly.Maintain site cleanliness, ensuring all debris and refuse generated during installations are properly removed.Manage tools and equipment, including retrieving and returning items to the service vehicle, performing daily cleaning and inspections to confirm they are in good working order.Keep service vehicle clean and presentable,



both inside and out.Comply with all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:2+ years Lead installer experience and servicing, industry door equipment.Solid mechanical aptitude with proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical componentsProficient in the safe and effective use of tools, power equipment, and diagnostic instrumentsSolid understanding of industry standards, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance practicesExcellent communication skills verbally, written, and interpersonal with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with clients and team membersHighly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a teamComfortable working at heights using ladders, scissor lifts, or similar equipmentPhysically capable of heavy lifting and demanding tasksPossess a valid driver’s license in good standingWhat's in it for you?Access to the Sentinel Training Facility, designed to set our technical team up for success and provide a clear progressive career path— a first-of-its-kind in the dock and door industry.
