As a crucial member of the Business Performance team, you will provide analytical support and insights to the Marketing and Go-to-Market teams. This role involves overseeing brand P&L; performance, budgeting, and financial forecasting, ensuring that all decisions align with financial objectives.
Your expertise will be essential in maintaining compliance with financial policies while identifying growth opportunities for Agency Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial insights to Marketing teams
- Support brand investment evaluations and strategies
- Develop tracking frameworks for Agency suppliers
- Analyze monthly financial closes for marketing areas
- Monitor brand P&L; and ensure budget compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 3-5 years in progressive Finance roles
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Solid financial forecasting and modeling skills
- Proficient with BI tools like Power BI or Hyperion
