As an entry-level position, you will support the Live-in Aftercare Program by monitoring residents' health and facilitating recovery through life skills and education. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, inputting case notes, and fulfilling other duties as required.
This position favors candidates knowledgeable about Anishinaabe culture and traditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans for program participants
- Monitor facility upkeep and cleanliness
- Maintain IPAC Best Practices consistently
- Input case notes into EMR Database accurately
- Report regularly to the Aftercare Team Leader
Requirements:
- Diploma in social service work or relevant experience
- Preference for individuals of Anishinaabe ancestry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
