Language Trainers is looking for a part-time Telugu Language Instructor for individual lessons aimed at beginners in Edmonton. This freelance role focuses on helping students learn to communicate effectively with Telugu-speaking family members.

You will provide 32 hours of customized instruction, meeting weekly either Tuesday or Thursday evenings. This position requires a passion for teaching, adaptability, and expertise in the Telugu language. Having a versatile schedule will enable effective learning experiences for your students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver one-on-one Telugu lessons tailored to student goals
- Evaluate student performance and modify curricula as needed
- Create a welcoming and effective teaching atmosphere
- Prepare relevant learning materials and exercises
- Encourage open communication for language practice

Requirements:

- Native Telugu speaker or teaching qualification in the language
- Experience in language education or related fields
- Must hold a valid work permit/visa
- Live within 30 km of Edmonton
- Flexible availability according to student preferences
