Become a Blackjack Dealer I at SaskGaming, where attention to detail and customer service are essential. This role involves dealing a variety of table games while ensuring a secure workplace.
The Dealer I position requires Grade 10 education and six months of customer service experience. You will report to the Operational Shift Manager and be supervised by the Table Games Supervisor. Proficiency in addition and subtraction is critical in maintaining accurate game play and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deal Blackjack and table games accurately
• Ensure high levels of security during gameplay
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Follow SaskGaming's policies and procedures
• Attend the mandatory Dealer I training program
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 education
• Six months of customer service experience
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Must be 19 years or older
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
