The General Labourer plays a crucial role in maintaining our Fort Garry Place properties. You’ll take on tasks like garbage removal, equipment operation, and various support duties. Successful candidates will have operator experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remove and maintain garbage and recycling bins
• Operate equipment and conduct scrap metal runs
• Assist in moving company furniture as needed
• Clean and organize maintenance shops and equipment
• Perform snow removal during winter months
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year operator experience required
• Valid Driver’s License; truck and trailer experience preferred
• Explicit Criminal Record Check required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills needed
