OverviewThe Sales Associate is a frontline team member who helps bring sneaker culture to life in a fun, welcoming way for customers of all ages. This role focuses on connecting with kids and families, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive, high-energy store experience that makes everyone feel excited to shop.Artificial intelligence is not used for the process of screening, assessing, or selecting applicants.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoWelcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.Help customers build head‑to‑toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must‑have add‑ons.Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find what they’ll love.Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.Store Ops & ExecutionHelp with daily store tasks such as restocking, maintaining or upkeeping the fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates,
