Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators safely and efficiently while completing daily production tasks* Inspect, maintain, and report on equipment condition before and after use to ensure proper operation* Move, load, and stockpile materials to support site operations and production needs* Perform general manual labour duties including shoveling, lifting, cleaning, and site housekeeping as required* Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial or construction setting* Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to secure work habits* Effective communication and teamwork skills* Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast paced environment* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
