Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee product development projects ensuring compliance with PDP
• Work closely with designers to translate engineering needs
• Execute development schedules and report on progress
• Lead validations and prototype testing initiatives
• Ensure products meet safety and industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with two years’ relevant experience
• Skilled in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of industry trends
• Capable of working under minimal supervision
