Our strong, clinician-led management team brings extensive industry expertise and provides ongoing support to our onsite teams.About the RoleWe are currently seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide services in a Long-Term Care home in Scarborough/Toronto, ON. Hours are flexible and based on referrals, and the OT may create their own schedule. Must be licensed as an ADP Authorizer or willing to become an ADP Authorizer.What You Will DoConduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment and intervention plans for residents.Provide high-quality therapy to support residents in developing, recovering, or maintaining functional abilities and independence.Document clinical data, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.Work effectively both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, including collaboration with Physiotherapy Support Personnel when appropriate.Offer clinical recommendations to support safe,
