We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our amazing team in Melita! This position coordinates all the necessary paperwork in conjunction with each sale, performs a variety of administrative tasks for the sales manager and sales staff as well as coverage for Branch Reception.
Accountable for:
- Work with sales manager on all orders and forward all information to the inventory controller for ordering and setting up.
- Assemble requisite documentation to complete the sales packet, including completion of check lists or required documentation.
- Creation of invoices in IntelliDealer.
- Creation of used stock numbers off of approved worksheets.
- Creation of traffic record respecting the sale of equipment.
- Maintaining rental equipment records.
- Handle various customer inquiries.
- Coordinating administrative tasks for the sales manager and sales staff.
- Assist with the annual physical inventory in conjunction with Inventory Controller.
- Reconcile STK# and leftover attachments/parts to proper inventory.
- Update equipment profiles with physical changes (add on/deletions)
- Greet all persons entering the organization with friendly professionalism
- General Administration, data entry and clerical support as assigned

- One to two years in an sales and marketing environment
- Business Admin program or equivalent
