We need someone to check in our dad. Clean his bathroom, make sure he eats some dinner, remind him to have a shower and go get his evening meds etc. He has dementia so just needs someone to check in on him and help him a bit. He can dress himself, go to toilet himself, shop for food for himself, goes to get his meds on own so is quite independent but has no short term memory. He can forget to shower and is generally confused a lot of the time.
