This role focuses on developing a high-performing team of Operating Engineers while driving accountability and maintaining a positive work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop Operating Engineers and staff • Ensure thorough completion of operational logs • Oversee the Mechanical Integrity program execution • Train personnel in Process Safety programs • Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis
